Leadership is learned through responsibility, service, success, failure, reflection, and the privilege of serving others.
Over more than four decades, I have led Fighter Squadrons, Groups and Wings, global businesses, executive teams, advisory boards, and organizations facing significant opportunities and challenges.
Those experiences did not produce a collection of techniques. They gradually produced a way of thinking about leadership. That philosophy became Worth Following™.
Leadership has been the central thread of my professional life.
